Bring us your case. We prepare it the way a senior credit officer would.
For farmers, cooperatives and savings groups, agribusinesses and companies seeking agricultural finance. You tell us your situation, and we prepare it for the lender you choose.
What we prepare
The appraisal, the business plan and the application, worked from your own records: the receipts, the harvest figures, the photographs of your books, whatever you actually have. Mwikila, LitFin's AI Senior Banking & Finance Manager, reads them the way a senior credit officer would, and we prepare the case for the lender of your choice.
An honest answer first
We tell you plainly whether the case stands, and what would make it stronger: a record that is missing, a figure that does not tie, a season that needs explaining. If the case does not stand yet, you hear that from us before a lender says it.
A fixed fee, agreed before we start
The fee is fixed and agreed with you in advance. It is never a share of the loan, and it does not depend on whether the loan is approved. You pay for the preparation, whatever the lender decides.
We do not lend, and we do not decide
LitFin is not a lender and does not decide your loan. The lender you choose makes that decision. What we give you is a case prepared to the standard its credit committee works to.
Preparing a case for climate finance
If your farm or your group is adapting to a changing climate, we can prepare the evidence an Accredited Entity or a climate programme needs to take the case to a climate fund, and the season by season reporting afterwards. We do not become the Accredited Entity, we hold no fund's money, and we cannot promise that climate money will reach you.
